Stuart S. Mermelstein is a native of New York City. In 1981, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). Mr. Mermelstein went on to attend law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating magna cum laude in 1986.
Stuart S. Mermelstein has been admitted to the New York and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, Pennsylvania; Florida and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Mermelstein is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association sections on business law, intellectual property, and aviation. From 1985 to 1986, he was the executive editor of the Buffalo Law Review.

Adam D. Horowitz, a native of Long Beach, New York, received his undergraduate and legal education at the University of Miami. In 1996, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts; in 2000, he graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor.
Mr. Horowitz has been admitted to the Florida and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; the U.S. Tax Court; and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Adam D. Horowitz focuses on the areas of sexual abuse, employment litigation, commercial litigation, and education law. From 1998-2000, Mr. Horowitz was on the Moot Court Board. From 1999 through 2000, he was the articles editor for the University of Miami Law Review.
